Every download of JSON Analyzer includes a full 14-day Pro trial, built into the app. It needs no account and no payment details, and we never charge you for it. When it ends, the app quietly becomes Free and keeps working.
That means you can use every Pro feature, on your own files, before you spend anything. We would much rather you did that than bought Pro and asked for a refund later.
Pro is a one-time payment, not a subscription. There is no renewal, no recurring charge, and nothing to cancel. Once you have bought it, the licence is yours and it does not expire.
If you buy Pro and are not happy with it, email support@somil-and.com within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund it in full. You do not need to give a reason.
After 14 days we consider refunds case by case, and will always issue one where a charge was made in error, where the app is broken in a way we cannot fix for you, or where the law entitles you to one.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles returns. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, and typically take 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank. You can also raise a refund request directly with Paddle at paddle.net.
Nothing in this policy limits any right of withdrawal, cancellation, or refund that you have under the consumer law of your country of residence.
