JSON Analyzer ("the Software") is provided by Somil, SLU ("we", "us"), registered at Camí Pont d'Incles 6, AD100 Canillo, Andorra. You can reach us at support@somil-and.com.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries and handles returns.
This means that when you buy JSON Analyzer Pro, your contract of sale is with Paddle, not with us. Paddle handles payment, billing, invoicing, sales tax and VAT, refunds, and chargebacks. Your payment card statement will show a charge from Paddle.
JSON Analyzer is a desktop application for macOS that opens JSON, JSON Lines, NDJSON, and log files and displays them as a sortable, filterable spreadsheet-style grid. It supports structural queries, column filters, in-place editing, schema validation, and export to CSV, XLSX, Markdown, and JSON. The Software reads and writes files on your own computer.
On payment we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the Software on computers you own or control, for your own use or the internal business use of the organisation that bought it. The licence does not expire. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Software, or attempt to circumvent its licensing.
Your purchase includes free updates within the same major version. A future major version may be a separate paid upgrade; if so, we will say so clearly, and your existing licence will keep working on the version it was bought for.
You agree not to use the Software for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that infringes the rights of others.
The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will meet your requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Software is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of data or profits. You are responsible for keeping backups of any file you open or edit with the Software. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If a change is material, we will tell customers by email before it takes effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of Andorra, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. This does not remove any protection you have under the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.
Questions about these terms: support@somil-and.com. Questions about a payment, invoice, or refund are handled by Paddle as merchant of record, and can be raised at paddle.net.
